Counselling with me is not about being told what to do. Instead, we work together to explore your experiences, emotions, and challenges in a way that feels safe and supportive, helping you move towards greater understanding and emotional resilience.

In addition to the therapy session, I offer support outside of sessions via "WhatsApp Messages"   I wont always reply however I always read the messages sent.  This is a tool for you to off load your feelings and thoughts in the knowing they will be read and understood with no judgement (there is no extra cost for this service).

People come to counselling for many different reasons, and there is no “right” or “wrong” reason to seek support.

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety — persistent worry, panic, overthinking, or feeling on edge

  • Depression — low mood, emptiness, loss of motivation, or hopelessness

  • ADHD — overwhelm, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges

  • Trauma — past experiences that continue to affect thoughts, feelings, or relationships

Counselling can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and develop kinder, more supportive ways of relating to yourself.
